Our Community Subacute and Transitional Care Center (CSTCC) is a 106-bed facility specializing in treating patients with chronic conditions such as tracheotomy, gastrostomy, ventilator and wound-care patients. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Unit Manager in the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services. This position supervises the team(s) providing direct care for patients. Management and leadership skills needed included conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication, budget administration and coaching/mentoring others.

MINIMUM REQUIRED:

• At least four years of staff nursing experience providing a full spectrum of care in a variety of situations.
• Experience coordinating clinical care and providing mentorship, education, and training to staff nurses. 
• Current California Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR card. ACLS Preferred.
